Lead Occupational Therapist

About the Role
This is a permanent full-time Occupational Therapist post working within the Link-ED Adult Eating Disorder Service, across West Yorkshire. We have recently been given the opportunity to grow our MDT which has enabled this leadership role to be created.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead occupational therapy for the service, developing and embedding the occupational therapy pathway across the 5 geographical areas we cover.
- Support service users who have disordered eating secondary to their primary mental health issue, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder.
- Deliver psychoeducation groups and drop-in clinics for service users.
- Work closely with Eating Disorder peers to support smooth transitions of care across teams for service users.
- Support the Clinical Team Manager and wider MDT to complete a service evaluation.
About the Team
The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialized services across the country.

Requirements
- Occupational Therapist degree.
- Experience working in Eating Disorders.
- Service Development experience.
- Leadership experience.
- A car driver is essential to this post.
