Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage day-to-day care on the ward, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for service users.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers and junior colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other carers to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
- Contribute to the effective running of the service and future development, embracing a flexible and creative approach to care.
- Essential:
- RMN or RNLD qualification
- Interest in working with older people with mental health problems/Dementia
