We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dedicated team at the Mount Hospital in Leeds. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older people with mental health needs and dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing day-to-day care on the ward
- Providing leadership and guidance to support workers and junior colleagues
- Assessing service user needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions
- Working collaboratively with service users, families, and other carers
Person Specification
- RMN or RNLD qualification
