Store Manager Opportunity

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Horley. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions
