About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Concierge Officer to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Places and Estates Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to a variety of residents, including diagnosing issues, providing advice, giving instructions, and resolving basic or complex issues.
  • Act as an effective liaison between residents, estate management, and property management teams.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the concierge desk, building and maintaining excellent relationships with residents, offering an empathetic concierge service.
  • Work closely with the Estate Operations Manager to deliver outstanding estate services, upholding NHG's Placemaking principles.
  • Carry out regular patrols of the buildings to ensure safety, uphold/monitor cleaning standards, and report any risks or issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work on a shift pattern, including day and weekend work.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of estate management and property maintenance.
