We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic Sales team at Reed. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory levels
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry and report preparation
  • Contribute to the development of sales reports and analytics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the engineering, manufacturing, or construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
