About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team at VMA GROUP. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering communications campaigns and initiatives for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage and inform global stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver communications campaigns across multiple channels, including email, intranet, and social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various audiences, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to inform future communications strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a global organization
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
