Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support within the classroom.

- Address low-level disruptions and encourage good conduct at all times.
- Manage and de-escalate behavioral incidents, offering strategies for self-regulation.
- Ensure that academic tasks are completed during isolation periods.
- Oversee detention sessions.
