Job Title: Communications Manager


Ventula Consulting is seeking a skilled Communications Manager to support our client's business-wide transformation programme. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Director of External Communications to implement project communications and engagement strategies.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal and change communications, with experience leading global or large-scale communications programmes. They will also possess excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful communications initiatives.


The Communications Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies to support the business-wide transformation programme
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Creating and disseminating communications materials, including reports, presentations, and other collateral
  • Providing stakeholder engagement and management support to ensure successful programme delivery


This is a twelve-month contract, paying up to £350 per day. The role is mostly remote, with occasional on-site work required at our client's office in Cambridge.
