Job Title: Strategic Communications Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Leader to join our dynamic team at Rachel Miller. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications and engagement strategies that drive positive change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications plans to engage and inform employees across the organization
  • Collaborate with senior executives to provide counsel and support on communications and engagement initiatives
  • Lead large-scale change campaigns and internal response to major incidents and crisis communications
  • Measure and evaluate communications and engagement efforts to inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • Masters degree level education or equivalent level of skills and experience
  • Proven experience in leading internal communications and engagement at a senior level in a large complex organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to act with tact and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
