Enterprise Client District Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client District Manager to join our sales team in the North of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding ADP's current client base in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Grow the UK business and retain market share through sales of ADP's UK HR and Payroll Solutions.
- Nurture existing clients to understand ADP's global offering and identify expansion opportunities.
- Develop solutions to fit prospect needs in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
- Present responses to meet prospect needs with existing product and service solutions.
- Maintain chosen ADP database management tool and adhere to defined sales processes.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience of a HR/HCM service-based offering.
- Experience with various channels and a structured approach to generate new sales opportunities from an existing client base.
- Background of carrying and achieving/exceeding targets within existing client base sales roles.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals £100k plus of revenue with enterprise companies of over 1500 employees.
