Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Cafe Operations Manager to join our team at District. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our cafe operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of cafe staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu development, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including food safety, hygiene, and risk management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including employment law, tax, and other relevant legislation.
