The Temporary Staffing Service operates in a fast-paced and varied setting, providing essential temporary clinical and administrative personnel to various services. Our commitment lies in delivering high-quality support to address staffing needs across both clinical and non-clinical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and prioritize temporary staff who require mandatory training updates, regularly assessing their progress.
  • Assist temporary staff in scheduling training sessions or accessing online training resources, ensuring they have the necessary access rights.
  • Address training-related inquiries from temporary staff.
  • Send reminders to temporary staff to enhance attendance and compliance through various communication methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of training progress in shared databases, the bank management system, and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
  • Coordinate training bookings directly within the OLM module of ESR.
  • Arrange e-learning sessions with the Learning & Development team.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Good standard of general education at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or business support role.

  • Experience within the NHS environment.

Skills and Knowledge
