{"h3": "About the Role", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our Financial Services Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of financial plans that meet the strategic goals of The Very Group.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic business plans with the leadership team and senior managers to support the company\u2019s strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring financial models are fit for purpose, with a focus on financial control, data integrity, compliance with financial accounting standards, reliability, and robustness.

In addition, you will work closely with management across the Group to develop business cases and provide financial modelling support, challenging assumptions and identifying risks to regulatory requirements and business targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of commercial drivers and be able to provide commercial insight. You will also be responsible for supporting ongoing process improvements and providing ad hoc analysis to senior business leaders.
