About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our Financial Services Finance team at The Very Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of financial plans that meet the strategic goals of the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management across the Group to develop business cases and provide financial modelling support.
  • Ensure financial models are accurate, reliable, and compliant with financial accounting standards.
  • Provide commercial insight and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and ad-hoc analysis as required.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant or part-qualified with exceptional skills and experience.
  • Strong financial modelling experience and technical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in simple terms.
  • Self-starter with strong stakeholder relationships and interpersonal skills.
