Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Executive to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Execute day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to internal teams and clients
  • Support Paid Search Manager in client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations/optimisations
  • Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams and platform reps to drive best in class performance

Requirements:

  • Must have 12 months+ managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 or international search engines a bonus
  • Strong understanding of paid search principles and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • For the Senior Paid Executive role must have mentored / managed
