The Area Operations Manager will hold direct responsibility for several Residential Homes, ensuring optimal outcomes for those we serve. This will be achieved through effective operational oversight, emphasizing the provision of high-quality services and fostering commercial viability for both current operations and new business ventures. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with commissioning authorities, external agencies, families, and advocates.

Taking on the role of Area Operations Manager presents a dynamic and fulfilling challenge, where each day brings new experiences.   • Robust experience working with adults exhibiting challenging behaviors, along with knowledge of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Professional qualification equivalent to degree level or management qualification (QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management) or actively pursuing this qualification.
  • A full UK driving license is essential, along with a willingness to travel as required.
