We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead our team at B&M Retail's Speke Distribution Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling your area of responsibility, ensuring the safe delivery of stock to store and maintaining high standards of administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and challenge a team to deliver consistently high results and achieve area-specific KPI targets.
- Drive consistent performance of KPIs and manage productivity, ensuring efficient use of space and MHE.
- Collaborate with peers and superiors to maximize efficiencies and best practice, and ensure the safe delivery of stock to store.
- Achieve and maintain pick accuracy levels, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Use space and MHE efficiently, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Management experience in a volume and service-driven warehouse operation.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, team building and motivational skills.
- Focus on detail with strong organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
