Are you a seasoned Warehouse Operative looking to take your next step in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

GXO Logistics, Inc is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Coldstore site in Liverpool. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will provide leadership and guidance to your warehouse team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles and maintain a smooth operation.

This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily working Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:30. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising warehouse operatives and activities to ensure optimal service to our customers.
  • Supporting the shift manager in engaging with the team and responding to varying inbound workloads.
  • Being flexible to support the team and shift manager, potentially including some extra hours.
