About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team at Danone's Liverpool site. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the warehouse operations to meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity targets
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in warehouse operations and supply chain management. You will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and inform decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements
