Job Summary:

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in achieving challenging targets. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring operational processes are fully compliant with our policies and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control, minimizing stock discrepancies and losses
  • Develop trusting relationships with team members and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor performance against business standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a team leader role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
