At GXO Logistics, Inc., we're looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in achieving challenging targets. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring resource planning is effectively carried out to optimize resource and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve challenging targets.
  • Ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimize resource and efficiencies.
  • With a good understanding of Health & Safety, strive to ensure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, accurately identifying risks and escalating findings.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities, and projects.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record at team leader level within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • The ability to effectively lead, develop, and manage a team, identifying areas for development and recognizing success.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site.
