About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Psychotherapist or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our IMPACTT team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based psychological therapy to adults in Berkshire who are struggling with the challenges of EUPD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to individuals and groups, with a focus on Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
  • Assess and monitor risks, collaborating closely with colleagues to implement strategies to manage risks effectively and ensure the safety and appropriateness of interventions.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to support professional growth and provide supervision to others.
  • Build strong connections and collaborate closely with key professionals to ensure seamless and effective support for individuals under our care.
