Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for service users with EUPD, utilizing evidence-based practices and our cutting-edge service model.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative service models, ensuring seamless delivery of care to our patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology or post-graduate qualification in adult psychotherapy.
  • Registered and accredited with the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) for psychologists or UKCP for psychotherapists.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in mental health services, with a focus on personality disorders.
