Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our team on a full-time basis for a one-year fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological therapy to adults in Berkshire who are grappling with the challenges of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking team that is committed to providing compassionate care and innovative solutions. As a Clinical Psychologist or Psychotherapist, you will be at the forefront of providing Mentalisation-Based Treatment (MBT) and will have the opportunity to polish your expertise and expand your horizons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and formulate treatment plans for service users with EUPD
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using MBT
  • Work collaboratively with other psychological therapists to deliver specialist psychological interventions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service models and protocols
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
