Job Title: Counsellor/Psychotherapist

We are seeking a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our team at My Life Counselling UK (MLCUK). As a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, you will work with clients to help them overcome a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality counselling and psychotherapy services to clients
  • Work with clients to identify and address underlying issues and develop coping strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including CBT and counselling skills
Requirements:
  • BABCP/BACP registration (full or provisional)
  • NHS IAPT training and experience
  • Minimum 200 face-to-face client hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with adults, children, and learning difficulties
  • Commitment to safeguarding and risk management
