To take a senior, lead role and provide line management, project management and pathway leadership as appropriate. To manage and lead team/s providing Low Intensity Interventions, addressing both service and professional management on those aspects of the service where psychological and quality matters need addressing. To lead, develop, monitor and evaluate new or existing areas of service delivery, care and treatment and to be involved in the implementation of various interventions and training needs.

The post holder will be part of a Talking Therapies service and will be appropriately qualified to provide approved Low Intensity interventions for a range of Anxiety and Depression related problems e.g. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or they will be an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist with a training in an approved additional modality (DIT,IPT, CfD, CTfD ). The post holder will also have additional training in Clinical Supervision and provide this as required.

At the moment w are working a mix of remote and office. However your base will be down as West Berkshire - Reading. Erlegh House. As an organisation remote working is something we are continuously reviewing and considering for the longer term to support flexibility for our staff.
