About the Role

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects, collaborating with experts in the field to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor junior staff in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage and review reports, designs, and drawings to ensure consistently high-quality outputs
  • Support the preparation of fee proposals and manage budgets accordingly
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in infrastructure design and project management
  • Strong technical skills in software such as PDS, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
