Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our established and high-performing sales team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our range of garage equipment to independent workshops, franchise garages, body shops, and commercial vehicle service and repair facilities in the Yorkshire & The Humber area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to customers, highlighting their value and competitive advantage.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our products remain competitive.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of garage equipment and its applications.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of garage equipment and its features, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  5. IT literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
