Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through proactive communication and relationship-building with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize storage and distribution processes.

Requirements
