Job Summary:
SS&C Technologies is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating, reviewing, and resolving customer complaints related to investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and review customer complaints to identify the root cause and potential solutions.
- Research and analyze relevant documentation to support complaint resolution.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve complaints.
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA complaints rules (DISP), and internal policies for handling and reporting complaints.
- Actively engage with clients to improve their experience through quality feedback and prompt responses to requests for information.
- Discuss findings with customers to agree on resolutions and provide Final Response Letters.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services and/or complaints handling.
- Pro-active approach and friendly, empathetic phone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage individual case loads within agreed service levels.
