Company Overview: Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Officer to join our expanding global finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned leader to manage all financial operations and reporting for the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit and a proven track record in establishing and maintaining financial controls that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the EMEA finance team, ensuring effective management of financial accounting, reporting, accounts payable, billing, collections, and treasury functions.
  • Collaborate with external accounting firms in regions lacking a local team to ensure timely closure of financial records and compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements that adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis team to conduct financial assessments that clarify variances in performance against budgetary and forecasting benchmarks.
  • Design and implement robust systems, accounting policies, and financial controls to uphold the integrity of all financial transactions and reporting.
  • Ensure the prompt development and delivery of cash flow projections for performance evaluation and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing financial closing and reporting processes, with expertise in finance operations, cash management, budgeting, and team leadership.
  • Advanced degree in Accounting, with CPA/ACCA certification required; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Experience in auditing within a public accounting firm, coupled with a career trajectory in accounting roles demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and familiar with global accounting practices.
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and financial system enhancements.
