Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Ward Clerk within the East Ward at Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital. As a Ward Clerk, you will play an essential role in our dynamic inpatient multi-disciplinary teams, managing the clerical and administrative tasks necessary for the ward's smooth operation. Your role will often place you as the initial point of contact for visitors, relatives, and external healthcare professionals, making it crucial to deliver an outstanding first impression.

The ward specializes in sub-acute care, complex rehabilitation, palliative care, and end-of-life support. Your presence will be vital, serving as a knowledgeable resource for staff to ensure the ward operates seamlessly.

If you possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with people, this position may be ideal for you.

The available position is for 15 hours per week, scheduled over two days within a 7-day rota.

Key Responsibilities
