Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to join our team at Dalkia. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HSE department, ensuring the smooth operation of our health, safety, and environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HSE department, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and easily accessible.
- Enter HSE data into relevant databases and software systems, preparing regular reports on HSE performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in documenting incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely submission of incident reports to relevant departments and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule safety audits and inspections, tracking corrective actions and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HSE or related field.
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in supporting regulatory compliance activities is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HSE software and databases is desirable.
Working Pattern of Attendance and Location(s):
- 37 hours per week.
- Primary location: Hinkley Point C Site.
