We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our clients team based in Basildon.
About the RoleAs a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and providing expert advice on the range of vehicles available.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a personalized experience and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct test drives and present vehicles in the best possible light.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with potential leads.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including finance options, trade-ins, and after-sales services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Full UK driving license.
- A strong interest in the automotive industry and a genuine enthusiasm for vehicles.
We offer a competitive base salary with an OTE of £50,000 and a dynamic work environment.
