About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Auto Skills UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange Service Department bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Upsell works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience in upselling and providing excellent customer service.
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence.
