About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at Eden Brown. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents regarding repairs and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet individual and team performance targets by delivering high-quality customer service and resolving resident's concerns efficiently.
  • Handle maintenance inquiries from leaseholders and provide advice and information to ensure first-time resolution.
  • Support the Neighbourhood Management team in delivering excellent housing and estate management services.
  • Proactively investigate and address resident's concerns, ensuring they have access to the right services and that their queries or complaints are resolved efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
