The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our Professional Services Sales team in the UKI and Middle East regions. As a key member of our Experience Cloud Enterprise business, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering high-impact professional services work for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow consulting revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level customers to drive strategic partnerships and mutual success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to generate net new revenue opportunities and drive operational excellence.
- Drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading regional sales teams in complex matrix environments.
- Experience in driving business growth and revenue expansion in EMEA and global markets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing and engaging high-performing teams.
- Ability to drive change and transformation, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
