Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team at WendyB Ltd. As a key member of our busy office, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including electronic filing, emailing, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize phone calls for the business
  • Support the team with client projects and inquiries
  • Interact professionally with customers and industry contacts to arrange meetings and hospitality
  • Perform general admin duties, including data entry and document management
Requirements:
  • Good general education and fluency in written English essential
  • 1+ year of office experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Fast typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
  • Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an hour for lunch
  • Holidays: 22 days per year + bank holidays
  • Benefits: Pension, bonus scheme, and free parking
