Business Support Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Farnham. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to all divisions, including tasks such as monthly billing, filing, and using the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system.
  • Support with client onboarding, including the creation of client Letters of Engagement and adhering to Money Laundering procedures.
  • Meet and greet office visitors and assist with internal and external events.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above or equivalent.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and able to pick up new IT packages quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, confident attitude.
