We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our Operations team at Ace Childrens Occupational Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries, providing relevant information and updating our sales management system.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and update our sales management system.
- Create and issue detailed quotations for business clients.
- Upload relevant data to our bespoke system.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in sales management systems.
