Senior Business Support Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join HighPoint's business support team in Farnham, where you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the divisions based in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and expanding business. As a Senior Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administration support activities to the wider team, including maintaining and updating information on the CRM, overseeing facilities management, and ensuring the offices are maintained in good order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a team to provide administration support activities to the wider team.
  • Maintaining and updating information on the CRM to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Overseeing facilities management, including liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Ensuring the offices are maintained in good order and acting as local health and safety officer.
  • Preparing standard documentation for clients using templates.
  • Adding documents to client portals.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with project work.
  • Providing support to Managers/Directors with monthly billing and reporting.
  • Completing tasks on the Business Support Ticketing system.
  • Working with the reception team to ensure post is opened, scanned, and circulated.
  • Electronic and paper file management.

Essential Personal Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience, including preparation of documentation and updating records on CRM/databases.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5[C] or above or equivalent.
  • Good MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
  • Competent user of technology.
  • Strong administration skills and experience of following detailed processes and procedures.
  • Experience of supervising or training new team members advantageous but not essential.
  • Facilities experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning and collaborative approach to team work.
