About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise hygiene standards through the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols.
- Improve quality performance by maintaining optimal hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Enhance yield performance by implementing efficient hygiene practices, reducing waste and improving productivity.
- Nurture a high-performing workforce by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations, Health and Safety policies, and Company procedures.
- Hold a valid HACCP Level 2 certification and be trained in Fire Marshal procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Extensive supervisory experience, with a proven track record of improving hygiene standards and quality performance.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, CIP protocols, and COSHH regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
