Are you a passionate and experienced Hygiene Manager looking for a new challenge in the food industry? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in maintaining industry-leading hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver site and business objectives, ensuring industry-leading practices are adopted by your team.
• Serve as a key member of the site's HACCP team, maintaining and improving hygiene schedules and risk assessments.
• Lead hygiene audits, inspections, and visits for your team's shift.
• Drive continuous improvement in hygiene standards, ensuring all cleaning processes comply with BRC, retailer, and industry requirements.
• Train and develop your team in hygiene practices, ensuring robust record-keeping and compliance with COSHH regulations.
