Hygiene Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Lead and manage a team of hygiene and cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to meet the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team within a challenging environment.
  • COSHH Trained.
  • FLT Trained.
  • HACCP Level 2.
  • First Aid trained.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • 5 days in 7, 40 hours per week.
