Hygiene Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective hygiene and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Lead and manage a team of hygiene and cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that hygiene and cleaning procedures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that they meet our hygiene and cleaning standards.
  • Monitor and report on hygiene and cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of improving hygiene and cleaning standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • COSHH trained.
  • FLT trained.
  • HACCP Level 2.
  • First Aid trained.
