About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and training strategies to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of hotel operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front office management role in a high-volume hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations systems and software, including PMS and CRM systems.
