About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and clinical support to service users with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Support service users with mobility and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on service user progress
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration
  • Valid Driving licence with access to your own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Gastrostomy care
  • Oral suctioning
Working Hours
  • Full Time and Part Time
  • Days and Nights
  • Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm & 2pm – 8pm)
  • Saturday – (12pm-9pm)
  • Waking Nights – between Monday – Sunday – (9pm – 8am)
Pay Rates
  • Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £140.00 per 10-hour shift)
  • Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £159.50 per 11-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £135.00 per 9-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £165.00 per 10-hour shift)
