Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support patients with their rehabilitation and recovery goals, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a caring role within mental health, care homes, or as a home carer.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of mental health issues and person-centered recovery.
  • Willingness to attend and pass training in physical restraint, enhanced life support, and moving & handling.
  • Ability to travel to work in Barrow in Furness.
