About the Role:

We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Midwife with recent UK experience to join our team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring and care for patients who are critically ill, including those in emergency situations, planned admissions, and post-operative care.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Band 5 Midwife, your duties will include:

  • Providing continuous monitoring and care for patients.
  • Supporting emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-operative patients and their families, ensuring clear communication of clinical information.
  • Safely preparing and assembling necessary medical equipment.
  • Adhering to the professional Code of Conduct.
  • Conducting blood tests and patient observations as required.
  • Developing care plans, performing assessments, and making referrals.
  • Coordinating patient admissions and discharges.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Registered Midwife status.
  • A minimum of 6 months post-graduate experience in the UK.
  • Recent relevant UK experience within the last 3 years.
  • Successful completion of an enhanced background check.
